Support

Support package are available at hourly or annual rates and cover both HyperXtremeSQL and HSQLDB.

HyperSQL has improved immensely in the last few years. There are many extra capabilities and our support services will help you utilise them.

Extended support covers help with complex SQL queries, optimisation for specific applications, accomplishing a given task, translation of SQL queries from different database engines, integration with third party application servers and middleware. Also included is setup support for use with JBoss Application Server.

• 2 hours extended support via email - can be used within 2 months of purchase (SUP-OO2-EXT): 320 Euros
• 8 hours extended support via email - can be used within 6 month of purchase (SUP-008-EXT): 1000 Euros
• 1 year extended support contract covering one application: 2000 Euros

Customisation Services

In recent years, we have added specific custom features to HyperSQL and to HyperXtremeSQL at the request of our customers. We know the internals of HyperSQL better than anyone else and can fulfil our customers' requirements efficiently and economically.

Database Consulting and Application Development

We have developed a full implementation of the SQL Standard. This rare level of expertise can be utilised in the application development activities of your organisation.

We have a deep and extensive knowledge of databases and Java. We can develop any application with a focus on data or databases (including all major database platforms).

How to Purchase

Credit Card Orders For Hourly Support

For hourly support, we also accept credit card payments via the secure payment service operated by Jochen Merz Software. For American Express payments, a fax order (using the web form) is required.
