Our consultancy develops forward-looking strategies and solutions to help our clients build lasting relationships with their partners, customers and clients. We see the Internet as the evolving universal medium for communications. The web, email and other media are parts of an emergent whole. We aim to see through the everchanging fads and buzzwords, to identify hidden trends, and to think proactively.

We focus on integrated relationship management / information publishing solutions. These give our clients state-of-the-arts tools for business development and customer relationship management and allow them to gain a competitive advantage in fast-moving markets.

We specialise in relational databases, web programming, document management and emails generation and processing. We have developed solutions that integrate these technologies to solve complex problems.

In 1996 and 1997 we developed two relationship management database systems.

We also developed our first web based registration system in Perl. This was enhanced in stages until 1998.

In 1998 we completed a project to publish data from a large, regularly updated relational database on an intranet. A major goal was to allow searches combining full-text search and structured search on keywords and other attributes. We devised a server application to store all the keywords and attributes of a page in the HTML header and used the Verity search engine, which is capable of indexing HTML header attributes. We developed a sophisticated JavaScript front-end for selection of keywords and attributes from menus.

In a related project we developed a system for snapshots of this intranet data to be published on CD's using the Verity CD-WEB Publisher. These CD's had the same full-text/structured search capability as the intranet.

In 1999 a larger web publishing project involved the development of a sophisticated relational database and updating and publishing the data in several different formats on an intranet. These included customised portal views of the information, searchable repositories, printable documents, personalised emails, and database updates. Java technologies such as RMI, JDBC, Swing and Java Beans were used for different components.

In another project we developed a Java program to post-process, categorise and catalogue archives of email messages for structured access from web pages.

Since 2000 we have provided bespoke solutions for email relationship management. These solutions are now available as the highly scalable and configurable hypersuasion system.
